Iftikhar Haq has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and serves as the firm’s analytical backbone. With an MBA and a concentration in Real Estate from Monmouth University, he leads underwriting, financial modeling, market and feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and capital stack evaluation. His role ensures that every acquisition, disposition, and operational strategy is financially sound, defensible, and aligned with investor return objectives
